Christina has been a health & fitness enthusiast since watching her mom do aerobics videos in the late 80's. With a family history of disease and ailments, she decided to take responsibility of her body/life and do what she can to prevent it from affecting her.
With two full marathons and a bikini competition under her belt, she not only has the tools to lead a healthy life, but also learned how to persevere and have patience in trusting the process given to her. "Everything happens for you, not to you." -Byron Katie
Daniel has fourteen years in the fitness industry and has been bleeding Orange since Jan 10, 2014. He has led over 2,000 Orangetheory fitness workouts in over seven different studios. Daniel is  has his NASM CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Weight loss specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist credentials. Daniel’s happy foods are dark chocolate, avocado, almond butter (Justin's Maple Almond Butter to be specific). Friday's are his favorite day not because it's the beginning of the weekend but because it's "New Music Friday" on Spotify and music is his "Universal Language". Daniel’s passion for fitness has shifted from training to perform at an Elite level to training to delay the inevitability of his fifteen year old son out performing him by the time his son turns 20 and he turns 38.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area and the 3rd of 4 brothers (they would have used us for the movie 4 Brothers but they said we were too good looking...). Out of High School I became a mechanic at Honda, and rapidly made my way to Master ASE and Honda Master Certifications. Unfortunately, the passing of my Father in 2013 made me rethink my career path and I decided to pursue my at the time hobby of personal training.
These days, when I am not making you sweat in the studio, I like to stay active with weight training, outdoor sports, and down time with the Mrs'. It is such a joy to watch members break through day to day barriers and to know that their personal goals are being met with my guidance.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
